Client Challenge Week
Client Challenge Week is our way of helping you test the main exercises you have been working on and see where your current ability sits.
It’s not about chasing heavy weights with poor technique or pushing numbers for the sake of it ❌
The goal is to see where you’re at compared to when you started, how you sit with the norms for fit, strong, healthy adults in your age group, and of course, have some fun along the way.
Every client is different, so Challenge Week is tailored to each person’s age, medical history, energy levels, and life situation.
Your coach will guide you on which tests to take, how hard to push, and when eneough is enough- we don’t want you doing more than you need to
We treat Challenge Week as a snapshot of your current ability within a small timeframe of your life.
Some weeks you feel great and can push hard. Other weeks you need to scale back. Both are normal.
Challenge Week might fall on a great week for you, or a not so great week for you, and which ever it is, we accept it as is.
Challenge Week brings energy, variety, and a sense of achievement to your training. If you’ve been training with us for a while and are ready for a challenge, this is your week
Here are some exercises you can test…….
- Upper Body Push: Bench Press, Dumbbell Press, Viking Press, Dips, Push Ups ✅
- Upper Body Pull: Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Chin-Up Lowering, Inverted Rows ✅
- Lower Body: Squat variations, Split Squats, Deadlift variations ✅
- Power: Broad Jump, Chest Pass, Vertical Jump ✅
- Grip: Grip Dynamometer, Hangtime, Farmers Walk ✅
