Duncan St. John Crowley
Head Coach | Manager | BBQ Specialist

With over 15 years of coaching experience and a background managing 3 busy gyms across Australia, Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to everything he does.

Holding a BA in Strength & Conditioning and leads the way for all new clients—so your fitness journey begins with him.

Outside the gym, you’ll find him firing up the BBQ, out for a walk, or squeezing in a game of paddle tennis…… and he's very serious about his high-end coffee!!

Duncan’s all about making fitness feel simple, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable.

Steve McGrath
Coach | Firefighter | Amateur Musician

Steve’s been coaching for over 20 years, helping people get fitter, stronger and healthier so they can enjoy life more.

He holds a BA in Strength & Conditioning and is also a certified therapeutic massage therapist, kettlebell instructor, FRC mobility specialist.

Outside the gym, Steve's a firefighter at Cobh Fire Station, spends hours working in his veg garden, playing the banjo and tin whistle, and running around with his 2 kids.

Steve's a great example of keeping yourself fit, strong and healthy even when life is busy.

Amy Geary
Coach | Yoga Teacher | Psychotherapist

Amy has over 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry, both as a coach and in management.

As well as her fitness qualifications, Amy's qualified in yoga, sports massage, and holds a BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

 Amy's passionate about providing accessible yoga classes where people can build strength, improve their mobility and manage stress for a healthier lifestyle.

Outside helping people keep fit, strong and healthy, you'll find Amy training (cycling, yoga and strength work), reading and cooking hearty meals- especially Italian, having lived there for a few years.

Evan Robinson
Coach | Youth Coach |  Client Care

Evan’s been coaching for over 5 years and holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.

Along with coaching clients, Evan heads up our client care program, and is S & C coach for Cork City U17s.

He'll be heading our youth performance program…. coming soon!

Outside of coaching, Evan’s usually watching or playing soccer, throwing darts, or diving into music- he recently started learning the guitar!!

Reset Fitness was founded by Steve McGrath. Steve knows first-hand how fitness can change a life.

As a young adult, he struggled with unhealthy habits and a lack of direction. Exercise gave him structure, energy, and purpose. He’s spent the last 15+ years helping others experience that same transformation.

What started as a solo venture has grown into two local facilities serving Midleton, Little Island, and the surrounding East Cork community.

But the mission has never changed.

We help people get fit, strong, and healthy so they can enjoy life more.
