We created two clear, realistic training targets to remove the guesswork and help you stay on track.
The Committed Club
The Committed Club is your foundation.
Outside of major life events getting in the way, train 8 to 11 times per month at Reset Fitness, with 8 sessions as your non-negotiable minimum.
Alongside your Small Group (SG) Strength sessions, you can add in walking, running, cycling, swimming, etc. giving you a balanced routine that fits into your life without you having to live in the gym.
The Magic 12 Club
The Magic 12 Club is for those ready to step things up.
Train 12 or more times per month at Reset Fitness to build stronger habits, better fitness, and more consistent results.

How It Works
Build your monthly sessions through:
- Small Group (SG) strength training
- Revelate cardio
- Yoga
- Solo Sweat sessions to train at a time that suits you
This keeps your routine flexible, varied and enjoyable.
