Extended periods of sitting, and the inevitable slouching that comes with it, has become one of the biggest health issues for so many people.
When it goes unchecked it can affect joint health, cause headaches, affect blood flow, put pressure on nerves.
But we know that having a few checks in place can really counteract the impact that too much slouching can have, and having a few good stretches and mobility drills is a key part of that.
