Delivering on our client promises- here’s our plan going forward

One of the biggest hurdles for me over the past few years has been understanding exactly how I want my business to deliver on the promises we make clients.

With so many things to do on a daily basis it’s easy to let this area slip and just start winging it from day to day. The big problem with this approach is that cracks will soon appear and before you know it your business is a far cry from what was first envisioned.

Over the last few months our team have been working hard (except coach Eoin, he’s just back from sunning it up in Spain) to effectively deliver on our promise ‘to support our clients in living healthy, active and rewarding lives’ which is our mission statement.

Bit by bit we’ve been putting the pieces together and I’m delighted to see it coming together so well, both for ourselves as a business and for our clients.

As of now our services are delivered in 3 formats

  1. Coaching- weekly training sessions, check-ins, assessments, nutrition and lifestyle coaching
  2. Online support- members private Facebook group, blogs, weekly emails,
  3. Live events- monthly workshops, client appreciation events (eg. we went rock climbing recently), charity events and testing weeks

99% of our clients are busy men and women whose main goal is just to keep themselves fit and healthy. As adults (most of our clients are 30-55 years of age), exercise and healthy living must be fun, sociable and hassle free.

As life gets busier with family, work responsibilities, etc. most adults will simply put their health and fitness to the bottom of the priority list if these things are missing and if they don’t have the accountability and support of a great team of fitness professionals ‘who get it’.

And when that happens, people  just feel so far away from the way they would like to feel.

As a business serving the people of cork to live healthier, more active and rewarding lives we are always looking to improve. By focusing on constantly improving these 3 areas we believe this is going to be a huge piece of the puzzle.
