Quick recap. Denis dropped over 45lbs of excess fat, and transformed his relationship with healthy eating and consistent exercise which has led to some huge benefits in his work and family life.
He also looks like a completely different man!
No doubt that there are a ton of people out there who would like to achieve the same results.
We asked Denis to give us his top 5 tips that made the biggest impact on his mindset, fat loss, consistency, etc. and here they are:
1. Don’t eat processed food or anything that says “diet” on the label
2. Drink less alcohol
3. Eat more protein and less carbs
4. Drink 1-2 litres of water a day
5. Exercise 3-4 times a week
Nothing too complicated there right?

Big results always come more from small actions taken consistently than they do from huge actions done inconsistently.
