Common Gym Mistakes #1

By Lynn Coffey Leave a Comment

Overloading the eccentric (lowering portion) of an exercise has many uses in training.

Many people however put themselves at risk of injury when performing many exercises because they don’t understand the difference in eccentric (lowering) and concentric (lifting) parts of an exercise.

Train hard, train smart and stay healthy (and don’t fall into this common mistake).
